Down signals still continue to rule. There is a fairly long list of orange down alerts versus only one green up alert. A lot of times I would take the large number of down signals as a counter sign. The pendulum having swung too far to an extreme. This time, and only guessing, it feels like a larger down move is in the offing. Have to wait and see.
